We produce medical components in a wide variety of corrosion-resistant alloys, with typical dimensional tolerances ±0.0005 or tighter.

Advanced manufacturing. The L&S production facility features an up-to-date collection of 3- and 5-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as abrasive waterjet cutting for complex parts. We support prototype, small batch and production machining. And our engineers can support your in-house engineering team with design-for-manufacturability advice.

Quality assurance. Our quality assurance and quality control processes are second to none. L&S employs inspection professionals who conduct first-article, in-process, random in-process and finish inspections to guarantee quality and adherence to demanding specifications. We comply with all major medical standards certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485-2003, in addition to our own stringent quality control standards.
